Constant changes, no job security, a couple of non excellent surveys could cost you your job, you have to be able to push other products, & you can only stay on a call no more than 6 minutes.

Geico was a great company, new management has torn it down. Went there because no lay offs since the 70’s, now they have had many lay offs, but continue to hire while laying off. So they are just getting rid of older employees from previous management. Set metrics very high, lay off your neighbor and expect you to do yours and his job. They are trying to form a Union at this point due to losing many benefits even. Very few happy employees at this point.
