Pay is reasonable for the company

once the pandemic hit they were only focused on being able to save money. they found any reason to cut the higher salary employees, as early as a few weeks before the end of the year, meaning a few weeks before they would be able to qualify for the year end bonus that they worked all year for. cut most of those employees out of over 10k, and they are still mass firing employees
