You get a bonus yearly which is nice. Good health insurance. Work from home

Cons

Don’t work at this place if you are an introvert. They have very high expectations with little support to help meet them. Can be stressful work environment as customers can sometimes be angry and don’t expect management to back you up during escalations, the customer is always right. During orientation they fill your head with fantasies of promotion only to not promote people and give positions based on tenure even after making you take entry test for positions.
