Pros

Great benefits, everyone is kind, helpful, great time off, profit sharing, overall a great company to work for.

Cons

Too much workload, I've never been one to complain about workload being too much because I come from a manual labor workforce and so a desk job is much less physically draining, but the amount of work you have to do on the daily and the goals you have to meet are crazy high. You have to be on the phones at all times if you aren't working claims and if you aren't in "ready" status immediately after you finish documenting a claim you are kicked in or have your supervisor breathing down your neck asking what's going on and why you arent taking another call immediately. I understand it's expected to do your job, but sometimes it feels like it's taken to the extreme.
