Where do I begin: firings, constantly changing metrics to force people to quit or get fired, increased cost of health insurance, taking away critical medicines, poor leadership. We are all just a number on a spreadsheet. I wonder if the higher-ups will get their million dollar bonuses off the backs of the front-line workers who get nothing.
