      Pros

      Pay, schedule, some good co-workers.

      Cons

      Everything else. The job is stressful. Micromanaged down to your bathroom breaks. Unrealistic metrics that are impossible to meet. No managers know what's going on. Constant meetings where the whole point of it is to mention ways you can get fired. I don't think it's normal.
