the way this company is run, must be illegal this job gets worse and worse political unhealthy work/family balance everyone is fake abused by policyholders 75 percent of my day HR department is horrible unrealistic goals and metrics horrible corporate nightmare stress beyond belief treated like a child can only use the bathroom for a MAX of ten minutes per day in an 8.5 hour day, or you get "spoken to" mind you it takes 4 minutes to walk through the disgusting building doesn't take care of employees at all everyone is brain washed no time in between calls constantly 150+ calls on hold 35 percent employee turnover rate canceled meetings and coaching which means you're not allowed ANY off the phone time you cant listen to the calls you lost because youre not allowed off the phone

Pros

Pay was great, even for part time. Part time is usually around $12 an hour. Tuition reimbursement, but only for classes related to your career. Management very thorough in training, correction, and recognition.

Cons

They expect PERFECT attendance or you get fired. As in don't miss more than 2-3 days a year. They don't care if you are sick, in the hospital, whether or not you have a doctor's note, if you miss a few days, you will be terminated. Benefits are only available for full-time staff, and they work really hard to make certain everyone has about 38 hours or less so they are not full-time.
