CEO Todd Combs thinks he is Jack Welch. Hiring and firing without any regard to people. 99% of the staff is miserable and scared for their jobs. Everyone that could retire or leave easily left including senior leaders that cared about staff. Pay is 25% less than most any other company including small businesses. Goals are unreasonable and encourage shortcuts or flat out cheating then you get fired if you are one of the unlucky ones that get singled out. It's a nightmare of a company and Warren Buffet should be ashamed of himself.

Overworked, underpaid, management knows nothing about the departments they oversee and it only gets worse the higher up you go.
