Overall benefit package, health, dental are good.

Cons

Nice if they had PTO not sick, vac time etc. You are only a number and if you don't meet those numbers you will be out the door. Micromangement Style

Pros

Company has great pay and benefits. My fellow colleagues were the best part of the job. Full training that goes for about 3 months before you start taking calls.

Cons

The company does not care about you or providing you job security. Watched many people be let go before the infamous layoffs in October ‘23. They are always looking for a reason to fire you. My location was also testing out priority FNOLS, and it is just too much for one person to handle if you qualify for it. While your coworkers are sitting with 20 mins between calls, you will be getting slammed with no time to leave notes. Be warned that the job expects much of your energy and you will be compromising your mental health. The customers are the cherry on top! They make your life miserable.
