Pros

4 free therapy visits (you’ll need them).

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement, not much support from leadership, training has taken a serious nosedive, morale within the company has taken a nosedive, sketchy changing of the employee handbook without notifying employees of specific changes, also not providing a copy of the employee handbook for the employee’s records, pay is not competitive amongst other companies, and job description continues to change when the pay doesn’t increase more than $.15-$1.
