Pros

Knowledge and industry information about insurance and how much they absolutely scam the f out of every customer everyday and how much information they have on individuals.

Cons

Even the Koolaid drinkers can tell there's no sugar in this bih. All important metrics are subjective, all performance indicators efforts are subjective. Supervisors have no self thought, they are machines of their Managers. Example( how much do I need do per month to hit quota? Manager: There is no quota, just do your best and we'll let you go if we don't think it's good enough. That's the general coaching at GEICO. They often say we pay you good/well here and go somewhere else.... Meanwhile the casino janitor makes 23.50 and not have to screw people over every day.... The average manager is indirect When people walk in to the building a dark cloud appears above them all, every time, They oversugar everyone, literally donuts and energy drinks and coffee far to often, like Halloween at the sheriff's department everyday. They create reasons for their claimed good health and dental insurance to be used. Trapped inside looking outside all day, almost all employees complain about how much they hate the job all day but are not uncomfortable enough to leave. Let's see they trap you with their tuition program, just trust that it's easy to get in but difficult to get out of the company, or the program if things change, like layoffs, overtime, return to office. GEICO shook the tree and maybe leaves fell but now the tree stands naked and overpruned.
