None at all. They got rid of everything. Profit sharing is gone. No 401k.

Cons

They will treat you like your subhuman This company purposely operates by having their employees in a constant state of flight or fight/freeze/fawn. They want your nervous system to be caught in high gear and for you to be in pure survival mode. Geico operates based on fear and quite frankly represents every single thing that is wrong with a lot of American companies. Truly appalling. I hope this company goes under. They don't deserve a cent for how disrespectful they are to their fellow humans

Repetitive, hard to stay motivated, fast-paced - sometimes it feels like you can't catch a break (as soon as you hang up, another call comes through), I felt mentally exhausted at the end of the day almost every time.
