      The Vulnerability Management team at Geico is one of the worst teams to be in. The environment is extremely toxic, extremely micromanaged, Employees are talked down to and disrespected by manager and team lead on a daily basis, Avoid at all cost if possible.

      Brand recognition with those that don't know any better.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace. Everything was on fire and the ship was sinking. Management had no idea of what the department did. Any project that relied on another department just wasn't going to happen with all the layoffs and increased workloads.
