Pros

Discount on GEICO insurance products Great associates to work with

Cons

This company rears more than a struggling football team The CEO is a hedge fund kid who has no place in the insurance industry and it shows by the amount of turmoil that has occurred since he took over Working for this company will leave you constantly fearing for your job which is something that is completely different than it used to be The communication is extremely poor and the elimination of software analyst was beyond shortsighted as now the software engineers are wasting their time doing these tasks and have no business doing it
