      Interesting AI initiatives, but lack of structure creates messiness

      Pros

      Org is pushing to pick up and develop lots of in-house Agentic AI tooling and initiatives. Interesting work but not too much structure in place yet.

      Cons

      As said in pros, not too much structure so things are messy and not much documentation. Required to be flexible on the job and quickly pick up new skills as needed.
