Pros

- Competitive Pay - Benefits - Bonus (if you get it) - Promotes from within

Cons

- AWFUL attendance policy (badge reports, must be badged in 7.75 hours per day under the stress that you can get a badge report run on you at any given time to be used for termination) - SIX MONTHS until ONE work from home day (and that's IF you qualify) - CROWDED OFFICE (at capacity, which means no privacy, anywhere (cannot even find a place to make a private phone call), crowded bathrooms) - old half wall cube styles, so you can hear everyone around you when trying to hold conference calls - Silo'd departments - Cheaps out on basic things, such as free coffee for the employees (can you believe they actually charge for GEICO brand coffee in the cafeteria? How insulting)

Pros

Profit sharing is great Hours are flexible as long as you're there during core business hours. Great company events and sponsorships

Cons

Access to benefits are not right away. You have to wait 3 months before you access your benefits. Also during your orientation period you are expected to never miss a day. Job description are not accurate to actual work Heavily silo, which hinders performance and quality of work Communication between tech groups are horrible Change control and testing is minimal or nonexistent
