Pros
GEM is a really good company, takes care of their employees, have their best interest and making sure everyone is happy with bonuses and team building events. In fact, in comparison to other companies, GEM is like a family rather than 9-5 job and have awesome employee events such as family days, sporting events outings, cruises, luncheons and holiday parties.
Cons
Based on the contract awarded positions the promotion to the next level is not available if new hire comes in at a Sr Level. Once you are at the top there is no where else to go. Different story if new hire is an entry level or mid-level employee.
