      Pay, benefits, fellow co-workers, fellow techs

      Cons

      Director of service needs to be replaced. Will only give you one pair of working gloves that are supposed to last all month long. Push safety though we are expected to walk on ductwork to service some customers equipment.

      Travel and seeing new things.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and stressful. You will not get trained for anything literally job and will always get belittled. And you have no room for advancement if you are a minority. I was laid off 4/22/26 and had charges filed on me 05/04/26. Thanks GEMCO

      Some of the people that worked there are very hard-working and loyal

      Cons

      Upper management has a lot of problems and treat their high performers worse than the people that hardly do anything or have addiction problems
