Cons

It’s a sink or swim situation with no ongoing training, outdated technology, no investment for targeting qualified leads, a very low base salary, expensive healthcare benefits. The turnover rates are the highest I’ve ever heard of,

I have been working at Generational Equity for over 6 years and I’m currently in the same Senior Business Advisor role as you were. While no working environment is perfect, I can honestly say that for me, Generational has been an excellent place to work. Cons

the very top performers make good money the rest of the sales group makes no money(aside from base pay) grueling job with a lot of rejection

Management teaches us to LIE to people which is basically HORRIBLE!

The last I can appreciate was having some friendly and nice people around, who tries to help as much as they can.

Cons

This ompany, its management teaches us unconventional sales strategies which include telling lies and doing things unethical. Managers pride themselves for being effective which is totally ridiculous, because they're LYING to people which is basically HORRIBLE!
