Pros

Indoor office environment. Consistent hours. Flexible start/end time.

Cons

Low Salary. Very difficult to obtain any substantial commissions. Bonuses are minimal. Micromanaged to an extreme. No opportunity at all for career advancement. Very little recognition when you do hit goals.

Thank you for posting your review. Many people enjoy the challenge of the role. However, it's not a fit for all people. Business Development by nature is demanding and requires a person willing to do what it takes to be successful. I know this review is your experience but it's not the truth for all of us here at Generaltional.
