Pros

Great leadership, core values, people that care about one another but more importantly the Generational team cares about our clients and serving them with excellence.

Cons

There are not alot of cons working for Generational. The process is so buttoned up that it can at times be difficult for active communication between the evaluation, marketing, dealteams and sometimes it is challenging getting everyone on the same page internally but the process has seemed to have improved in that the different departments of the company are working together better than they have ever before in the past which has been encouraging to me as a GE employee
