Pros

I worked for Generational Equity for nearly 4 years out of the Austin office. The Business Development Manager is interested in his teams’ success as a team and as individuals. The training is quite thorough. My experience here was good; I was able to grow and learn a great deal about cold call sales and how to stay driven and focused. The Austin team is a great group of people.

Cons

The home office is in Dallas; the Austin office is operated on directives from there and also follows a home office culture that doesn’t wear well in Austin. Rules are rigid but the team in Austin is friendly and fun to work with. Don’t expect to make changes in the way things are done.
