Family-feeling environment, company lunches and events, pay, quarterly bonuses, being able to talk to other departments all the way up to the Execs including the owner. Growth potential. Less-stressful, great location, covered parking garage, nice gym, building events.

Cons

Sometimes too much communication from too many different people. Could be centralized more with the ideas and changes in work.

HIGH-LEVEL STRESS daily, you'll look terrible on your first month, and HORRIBLE after a few months with anxiety! What makes this job more stressful are the management who's aiming for UNREASONABLE TARGETS, and our supervisors who HARASS us to continue pushing!

I read your comment and felt the need to respond. First, sorry to hear that you had this type of experience. I have been working at Generational Equity for over 6 years and I’m currently in the same Senior Business Advisor role as you were. While no working environment is perfect, I can honestly say that for me, Generational has been an excellent place to work.
