Pros

Great team and a depth of knowledge to pull from across departments. Very good process overall moving clients through CE to gather docs, then to eval, and finally to a deal team. The biggest pro is the amount of autonomy that’s given. We all have graduate degrees and are entrusted to run the process properly which goes a long way.

Cons

Salary is certainly low for the industry and creates turnover in the department. Related to that an eval employee isn’t really incentivized to move to a deal team because that employee would get to keep the same salary but have no bonuses coming in for several months or over a year depending upon ramp up.
