Worked for Geodis for less than a year and couldn't take it. My first red flag was in my first week, where during a Zoom monthly meeting an executive screamed (red face and spitting) at a manager for something that turned out to be caused by a vendor outside of the company. Typically in office (mandatory) hours were roughly 8-9 hours a day with 1-3 hours at home in the evening. Senior Director sending out emails at 9pm or during the weekend with the expectation the task(s) be accomplished by the following morning. Typically corporate job - Expected to spend every moment of your life working with the hope that you might get promoted in 5-6 years.
