      Can give experience but is not a good long term option

      Pros

      Can give you needed experience to get a better job elsewhere. They will hire you even if you have never had warehouse experience. They'll train you on a forklift day 1 without any prior experience. Decent PTO accrual

      Cons

      Poor management along with no raises for hard work. They give raises based on time worked with the company. You can work harder than everyone else and will always make the same as them. Pay is NOT competitive. Make less than most other warehouses. No stability with work. Accounts leave all the time. Many things depend on the account you're assigned to. Like hours, work/life balance, and pay. Its a crap shoot

      Nepotism is an understatement here

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule ability to work a day or two from home

      Cons

      Realized that the nepotism starts from upper management and trickles down to the supervisor. Sad. Allow family to work in the same office and provide more help to family member than to the staff. Upper management likes to hire “their kind” as I realized many of the staff are the same background as the operations manager.

      Harsh working environment. Working there in summer is like working in an oven there is no air conditioning
