Pros

Good company support and direction, great frontline team. Engaging and challenging work with clearly defined goals and expectations. Lots of lateral and upwards opportunities with a wide variety of accounts. Great place to add skills and experience.

Cons

Unnecessarily long/extra shifts for exempt during peak periods. No peak/OT pay for management is discouraging. Undeniable legacy of favoritism and preferential promotions based on individual loyalty instead of competence or ability. This does not appear to be widespread, but a carryover from prior culture.
