      Decent job for the money

      Pros

      Decent pay for the jobs around Toledo. Nice and easy 10 hr, 4 day a week shifts. Forklift training. PTO, 401k, and many other benefits.

      Cons

      Lazy workers and the management never hires when we are short staffed. Forces the good workers out because they have to pick up slack. Team Lead position: job is too simple at times, other times very stressful. Not much balance and the RF scanners are very outdated so it causes lots of issues.

      Pay, benefits, caring for emps, too much work, not enough people, always in budget crunch, no give back to emps, lack of culture, low moral, no leadership presence.
