Business Outlook
Pros
Most people are nice. They often have a meal catered on major holidays. Safety is prioritized. Some of the jobs are actually fairly easy and kind of fun. Pay increases over time, pay for performance, shift differentials, PTO, and benefits.
Cons
Some of the management can be pretty demanding, sometimes with unrealistic expectations. Most facilities are not air conditioned or heated. Overtime, often mandatory overtime, can be a lot sometimes.
