      None to talk about at the moment,

      They get rid of you if you move a little slower then younger employees and there's no set schedule to count on ,if you're a but kisser you will get pretty far working there if not good luck,if you're a person with any type of learning disability they will still fire you, no opportunities to move up it's such a horrible place to work at,

      good. atmosphere. flexible. work hours. Friendly.

      Cons

      company is not transparent, has a bonus plan, but won't share structure and will not give you bonus whenever they want. Upper management won't allocate positions and leave you understaffed while company is well over budget. They push you to get your license, with no incentive or compensation or class for training.
