      Pros

      They pay pretty good because they have to to get anyone to work there.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership in IT, poor understanding of IT by the business leadership due to a lack of leadership in IT, lots of management turnover in IT. The old reputation of sweat shop from the OHL days is back. Basically a very unstable environment with no leadership and no direction.

      Laid back environment, decent benefits package, employee appreciation events, prefer to hire internal applicants first.
