Pros

The coworkers that understand it's miserable and support each other to just get through the day until they find a new job.

Cons

Between the mediocre salary, absolute unsafe work practices, long hours, complete disregard for work life balance, and unreasonable expectations, this was quite possibly the worst company to work for or be associated with. The hiring practices are questionable at best, hence the unmanageable turnover and poor employee morale and engagement. When senior leadership gets away with sexual harassment, discriminatory remarks, and direct threats to other leaders, it makes for a toxic environment. I wish the customers they service could hear the contractual violations willingly discussed behind closed doors.

Pros

Job security, easy to advance within the company, and opportunities to travel.

Cons

Work-life balance, 6 and 7 day work weeks. Not enough supervisor staff usually to cover if someone doesn’t come in.

Pros

Being able to contribute to the development of SOPs.

Cons

The hours. You really will be expected to work any hours. This was actually said, “I don’t care if you run the best shift in the building, consideration for promotion will be determined on how much you do for this company on your time.” Leaders are not given a department to run. All supervisors are expected to share responsibility for the entire shift/building. Turnover in the first year was about 60% for salaried exempt. Every time someone would leave or get fired, upper management would essentially shrug their shoulders. There are some schools of thought that believe increased turnover (whether forced or voluntary) weeds out the weak and creates competition to stay employed. It is my belief that this location follows that philosophy. If you absolutely need a job then apply here, but don’t expect it to be a long term career move.
