Optimisation groupe is only one customer IBM a real problem that they paid the right to but didn't get any systems and they don't have any systems for new customers except if you want some in french that are whit escreens which are before green screens, and can't implement My god , and rates are not competitive at all and ancient IT systems Co totally disorganized and beyond belief slow at everything..except politics and communicate on nothing,,, your phone will never ring Competition has nothing to worry about and it's quite better if Geodis is competing, the best competitors clearly stand out then Only thing for certain is you can expect zero support from mgmt, and know response to your inquiries, and we are talking none zip nothing , believe it, honestly, even with lost & new customers
