They overwork you, they complain if you are 5 minutes late and will write you up, they micro manage, they don’t want you to do overtime and expect you to finish a ton of work in 8 hours, there are too many company requirements that need to be completed daily or you will get in trouble, there are no raises and no bonuses. It has literally been the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a lot of favoritism in the office..They expect you to watch company videos on your spare time and take quizzes as if you were in school. The workload is not evenly distributed. The management is the WORST.

Good people but organization is lacking focus at corporate level. Some departments put in long hours and work life balance is a challenge.
