Pros
Hourly pay was decent based on productivity Kitting manager was very lenient and did not pressure anyone to work fast
Cons
Co manager was very lazy and rarely gave correct labels for orders leading to confusion on orders and causing employees to repack every palette all over again. Very strict rules Will get fired very easily. They notified all temps, including myself that we had to take a couple weeks off due to shortage of work, mind you we had only been working for 3 weeks and production was booming over time every day including weekends and all of a sudden absolutely nothing This job is a joke.
