      Pros

      GEOTEK has a strong culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and innovative. It's a growing company that is doing a really nice job to ensure talent development and internal promotion for current employees. Good compensation, benefits packages, profit sharing, and work flexability!

      Cons

      GEOTEK is located in Stewartville, so while not a booming town, still very close to Rochester (easy commutes/travel)

      Pros

      Schedule is great mon to Thurs or Fri to Sunday. Long hours but condensed days

      Cons

      Management/ supervisors have tendency to target individuals. Company uses wage compression tactics to keep pay low for hourly employees. Depending on department advancement can be difficult.
