      Pros

      Work Flexibility, Good infrastructure, free snacks in morning & evening, Fun work-space/ colleagues,Outing, Team dinner, Good Learning Opportunity for Fresher in Procurement Field.

      Cons

      Low salary for employees who are graduates though they do same job what MBA employees does-means more importance is given to MBA professional. The appraisal takes place in month of december which is not right, employees who joins after july 2016 may get appraisal on december 2017 i.e after 18 months which is disgusting policy. Night Shifts. During interview it was told rotational shift but being fresher you will be deployed for 6pm-3am shifts as i told more importance is given to seniors. Most Important be clear about the position and work profile while posting jobs on naukri.com. During interview the interviewer ask various things eg: you know SAP, ERP, SQL etc for Process Associate profile.. but till now haven't seen any one using SAP or ANY ERP System only using Excel. No Medical leave during probation period.

      Cons

      Should not cut Transportation fair from the salary.
