Great place to work. Supportive managers,provide opportunities to improve skill. Chance to work with different clients. Good exposure. Encouraging and supportive team.

Cons

Always need to give your best, but that is a good thing, those around you will inspire you to do better(Especially in my case my assistant manager always motivated me,provided me challenges to improve my skills)

Its been wonderful to be a part of GEP. I can list the pros as: - Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated. - Feels awesome to work with a talented team. - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work. - Ambitious and energetic company with real opportunities. Management always try to listen to your need and find a way for you as an individual, to flourish in the organization.

Cons

Pay upgrade not very satisfactory.
