Pros

Great company to work, lot to learn specially if you are in early stage of your career. Company culture is also very open and free.

Cons

Workload, also sometimes multiple project assignment but if you are good at it then there is lot of learn from all these.

It's a great place to work, endless learning opportunities, open culture, flexibility, many onsite opportunities ( mainly in client facing role and if you performed well)

Cons

Intense work load, you may feel stressed at times if you are not enjoying your work.
