Cons
-More of a consulting company than a product company. -Rules and agenda change every few weeks. -Management talking to employees feel like a principal talking to a school student. Poor communication style. -Forget about work-life balance. -Things move only after an escalation. -Normal folks are scared to speak up and management retaliates if they do. -Roles are not well defined. Titles are a sham to pull in people. -Do not believe in bonuses or extra pay besides your base salary. -Technical and engineering teams always on conflict. no proper direction. -No transparency and lot of people left/leaving.
