      Pros

      - Develop expertise in core business skills (Excel, presenting, management, etc) quickly - Caring culture between employees - Freedom of base location

      Cons

      - Long hours (it's consulting so this is expected) but, there is the added expectation that you will contribute to firm building after hours. GEP will become a big part of your life even when your client work is done. - Engagements are much longer than typical consultant would expect. Basically in industry since you will be on same account for 2+ years - Since COVID, all extra consulting "perks" (Travel, expensing, happy hours, etc) are all gone but work/hours/pay remain basically the same

      Pros

      Growing mid-size consulting firm focused on procurement and supply chain. Strong health/dental/vision plans if you upgrade to highest level - the best I've had in my career!

      Cons

      Consulting company experiencing growing pains organizationally and process wise. They are trying to diversify their workforce but still is mostly south Asian/Indian. Nothing wrong with it but provides context to company culture.

      A company that exemplifies fair, supportive and professional work environment. In its 21st year, with a strength of 5000 employees globally, even today it is a very exciting place to be and there is never a dull day here. A value centric, people driven organization with a unique work culture. The Leadership is extremely approachable and supportive with the awareness that the company's success is because of its employee's contribution. GEP will ensure to reward you for the dedication and the commitment you put into your work.

      Not a place for someone who cannot keep up with the pace at which this company is growing
