      Difficult to think of any pros worth mentioning

      Cons

      The entire top management should be fired and replaced with competent professionals having integrity. However this cannot be done since there is no corporate governance or board of directors to review the performance of the top management

      Pros

      There are good & decent people working there. I feel bad for them.

      Cons

      Highly stressful. Unclear goals and responsibilities. Finger-pointing, blaming and bullying of less senior employees = common. This was the worst employment experience of my life and handing in my resignation was the best. IMO the positive reviews on here are all fake and a desperate attempt to lure unsuspecting job candidates into hell.

      Pros

      Before the pandemic, this was a bright and energetic company to work for and grow your career. GEP used to compete well against the bigger consulting firms for business Reputation was growing in the industry

      Cons

      The company has been on a downward slide for the past few years Did layoffs right before Christmas to avoid paying bonuses and gave minimal severance to long-term employees. That was just low class Promotions were based on how well you kissed the butt of select executives versus performance
