Experiencing rapid growth. Internal processes are a little weak and haven't had a chance to improve with the growth the company is experiencing.

Pros

The great thing about GEP is the vast amount of knowledge you have at your disposal. The company is still relatively new; you cannot compare it to one that has been in existence for over 50-100 years. There is room for growth if you work at it. If you are looking for a normal 9-5 where you can get away with doing the bare minimum, this company is not for you.

Cons

At times the clients set unrealistic expectations, but management will do whatever it takes to meet it; including working long hours over the weekend.
