1. Few of the senior professionals are very co-operative and understanding but they don't have much freedom into their hands. 2. Paid primary research is done. 3. Work from home facility available. 4. HR and support systems are quite helpful.

Cons

1. Mindset and focus are on expedite delivery of projects rather than simultaneous focus on development of resources for the long term. 2. Lots of talks and less of executions. 3. Less interaction across levels. 4. More people management skills would be appreciated. 5. They set very high expectations from an individual, but when co-operation and support is required from them (to address the limitations) you may feel helpless at times. 6. Project allocation/feasibility and timelines are an issue when you are not working in your domain/category. 7. Before joining, be clear what are your career goals. Be sure what they are promising to offer you, don't go on words. If the existing practices align with your goals than only join GEP MI, if you are category focused otherwise priorities changes with time.
