      1) Shift timings - but since our client is US based there is no other way

      Good work culture good environment. Work and Life Balance is good. Supportive managers,provide opportunities to improve skill. Chance to work with different clients. Good exposure. One of the best place to learn and grow Encouraging and supportive team. Good Employee Satisfaction.

      Cons

      Always need to give your best, but that is a good thing, those around you will inspire you to do better(Especially in my case my Lead and manager always motivated me and provided me challenging job to improve my skills)

      This is an employee centric company. If you want work life balance, you should join here. Management is supportive. Opportunity to learn depends on team to team. Fresher's inputs are not given much importance.
