      Work culture, flexibility, diverse clients base, there is no hierarchical approach you can reach out to anyone and they are there to help,

      Cons

      Remuneration, the time given for work and the salary is very less, huge difference when you are from consulting, attrition is very high,

      Its a great place to work. Awesome people & great opportunities for learning. A big thumbs up to work culture & flexibility in GEP. The Work Hard Party Harder culture over here makes the employee more committed to work and gives a homely feeling. Highly recommended for people seeking opportunities and growth solely on the potential basis. Shift timings, work from home, cab services, HR policies, etc are the added advantages. I have experienced myself, the way i have improved both professionally & personally. Thanks to my mentors & leadership team for the guidance & support.

      I feel GEP should start expanding corporate offices more in Maharashtra, may be city like Pune, as they can find more potential resources in developing cities.
