      Pros

      It is a good enterprise to grow and develop. Flexible as to the time and place of work, when they have an office, but will be charged to deliver the results.

      Cons

      There is no physical structure, notr support from the company's partners,for a company that intends to compete with large Sourcing consultancies in Americas region at least. They need to review global processes and implement at least the most basic ones for entire company. Attention, they promise things that do not have adequate and specific resources for the projects, ask for interviews with the collaborators and consultants of the projects. Also change some rules during the years in order to benefit the company.
