      Pros

      Though Indian company by blood but started in US, so trying to make it like a US based company, not sure if this comes under Pros.

      Cons

      Hires Managers and you lick, you get chance to travel and if u have knowledge than manager feels insecure and suppresses you.

      Flexible work hours. Good ambiance. People are supportive (except some of the modules).

      there is no protocol for change and release management.
