Reap what you sow - No place for social loafers and free loaders. Be willing to learn and work hard, it's a great place
Pros
I am surprised by some of the reviews as they obviously seem to be a tirade by disgruntled people. Oviously no workplace is perfect and things are not Hunky-Dory anywhere. But after spending close to 5 years, I can say for sure, if you are intent in growing through learning, humility and hardwork, this is one of the better places to work at. It has a great work environment with collegial feel. The leadership is very approachable and willing to hear. But like our President always says - Don't just harp on problems. Think of what can be the potential solutions to these problems and suggest the same.
Cons
The firm is growing really fast and is undergoing somewhat uncomfortable transition from start-up work culture to a mid-scale services organization - so do not expect things to be pretty rosy from day one. Corporate communication can improve - it has improved significantly. Now the mid-level folks need to step up and take care of others.
