I’ve had a disappointing experience working at this company, especially in the Mumbai office’s tech department. The work environment is toxic, with excessive micromanagement and a complete lack of support from team members. If you drop a message for help or collaboration, most employees immediately set their Teams status to “DND” or “Busy” and often take 4-5 hours (or more) to respond — if they respond at all. The culture doesn’t encourage teamwork or growth. Only freshers tend to survive here, mostly because they aren’t yet aware of how much better work culture and support can be in other companies. Long working hours are common, and you’re often pressured into working beyond your regular schedule without acknowledgment or appreciation.
